A lifetime membership is the highest honour the Union of National Employees can bestow. Traditionally, it is awarded to recognize the outstanding work of union activists who would otherwise lose their membership when they retire or leave their job. Lifetime memberships are awarded at convention. The criteria for this award can be found in the UNE Policies (MEM).
Honourary MembershipHonourary memberships are awarded to individuals who would otherwise not be eligible for a membership in the Union of National Employees. This can include individuals outside the organization or members who have retired.
Peace Officer Honours
